The Heights neighborhood in Little Rock has always been a very walkable area with friendly neighbors and lots of shops and restaurants all along the main thoroughfare, Kavanaugh Boulevard.  But it really rolls out the red carpet on every third Thursday evening with Happy Hour in the Heights.

The Heights Merchants Association sponsors the event where stores stay open late and the local restaurants offer specials.  There is live music and a trolley if you don’t feel the urge to stroll the Heights Promenade.  Although, it really is a treat, especially on beautiful evenings!
